Job Description: North America Monetization Product Strategy & Operations Intern

This internship within the North America Monetization Product Strategy & Operations team focuses on driving revenue for US & Canadian advertisers by landing products and solutions in the market. You will work closely with Global Business Solutions (GBS) and Product partners to ensure TikTok’s clients are inspired, excited, and empowered to build their brands on the platform.

Responsibilities:

Own the activation strategy & revenue for your assigned vertical: This includes a full-funnel focus, from driving revenue and scaled activation to solution selling through sales enablement.
Be the expert on your vertical and customer needs: Develop a working understanding of the entire product suite as it relates to your vertical.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive vertical product adoption: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product implementation.
Partner closely with the Sales team: Deeply understand user pain points and business requirements to prioritize solutions and influence product development.
Lead vertical understanding, opportunity assessment, and customer feedback: Represent your vertical and the market with Product teams.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader TikTok ecosystem and competitive landscape: Develop effective vertical activations with TikTok’s solutions.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a full-time MBA or related discipline.
• Driven by revenue and guided by revenue in all decisions.
• Experience in product marketing or product strategy with advertising products.
• Significant experience in a specific industry vertical (either as a salesperson, vertical product marketing manager, or another similar role).
• Experience partnering with and influencing sales teams and developing go-to-market strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Product Marketing with FinServ/Auto and disruptors vertical expertise.
• Upper-funnel brand advertising experience.
• Strong communication and case-building experience.

Internship Program Details:

• 12 weeks, starting in May/June 2025.
• Prioritized start dates: Monday, May 12, Monday, May 19, Tuesday, May 27, Monday, June 9, Monday, June 23.
