## Job Description: Test Engineer 3 Internship

Location: Hanoi, Vietnam

Duration: 6 months

Start Date: Jan/Feb 2025

As a Test Engineer 3 Intern, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of Cisco’s products. You’ll be part of the Supply Chain Operations team, collaborating with peers to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Software Testing: Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software test programs for enhancements on existing and/or new products.
• Software Development: Develop software and tools in support of design, infrastructure, and technology platforms. This includes test systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases, and internet-related tools.
• Hardware Compatibility: Determine how hardware affects compatibility and/or influences hardware design.
• Deployment Support: Support the deployment of test solutions into the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related major such as Math or Physics.
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering, with an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Strong knowledge of programming and scripting languages.
• Possess creative problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills.
• Experience in establishing and sustaining excellent relationships with team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a Vietnamese citizen.
