About the Internship
This 6-month internship is for a Test Engineer 3 position in Hanoi, Vietnam starting in January/February 2025. You’ll join the Supply Chain Operations team, working on projects that directly impact Cisco’s products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software test programs for enhancements on existing and new products.
• Develop software and tools to support design, infrastructure, and technology platforms, including test systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases, and internet-related tools.
• Determine hardware compatibility and influences on hardware design.
• Support the deployment of test solutions into the manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related major (Math, Physics).
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering.
• Aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Strong knowledge of programming and scripting languages.
• Creative problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills.
• Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a Vietnamese citizen.
