Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in a full-time B2B sales capacity. Based in Meridian, ID, this role is pivotal in driving growth, expanding our market presence, and nurturing strong, lasting client relationships within a defined territory. Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Actively foster, build, and maintain robust relationships with current and prospective clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their facility service needs.
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and generate new leads and business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and cold calling efforts.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling and informative sales presentations, effectively articulating the value and tailored benefits of System4’s comprehensive service offerings to potential clients.
- Account Management: Strategically manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency, and resolving any issues promptly.
- Internal Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with internal operations, scheduling, and management teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Sales Training Support: Contribute to and support sales training initiatives, sharing best practices and contributing to the development of the sales team.
- Local Engagement: Regularly engage in in-person interactions within the local Meridian area to build rapport, conduct site visits, and represent System4 at industry events.
Qualifications & Skills
- Communication & Customer Service: Possess strong, articulate communication skills and a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.
- B2B Sales & Cold Calling: Demonstrated experience and success in B2B sales, including a solid background in proactive cold calling and lead generation.
- Sales & Sales Management Acumen: Proficient abilities in sales strategies, pipeline management, and achieving ambitious sales targets. Experience in overseeing sales activities is a plus.
- Training & Mentorship: Experience or a strong willingness to assist in training aspects, supporting the ongoing development and growth of sales team members.
- Self-motivated & Goal-oriented: Highly self-motivated, driven by targets, and capable of working effectively both independently and as a collaborative team player.
- Organizational & Time Management: Solid organizational and time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple priorities, appointments, and client accounts.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales-related tools to track progress and manage client interactions is a definite plus.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though not strictly required, given relevant experience.
