Lead Logistics- Contract Management Specialist SCM | Maersk

• Team: Global Service Centre (GSC) supporting global Sales organization
• Mission: Own the end-to-end opportunity lifecycle for Supply Chain Management products and maintain master data integrity for contracts.
• Tech Stack: SAP (SD Module), Athena, Excel (VBA Coding, Data Analytics), MS Office

What You’ll Actually Do
• Contract Execution: Independently manage customer tender requirements, drafting contracts, and creating/updating them in SAP and Athena for won tenders.
• Master Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and quality of master data in key systems, monitoring metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
• Process & Data Analysis: Analyze and organize data to evaluate business needs, enhance data quality, and support system reconciliations and corrective actions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with relevant teams to gather information, clarify requirements, and provide updates, while also training stakeholders on compliance.
• Business Acumen: Understand the business model and contract correlation on Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) to enable timely revenue and cost recognition.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a similar discipline.
• Experience: 3-4 years of prior experience in Tender & Contract Management processes.
• Skills: Expert level knowledge in Contracting & Invoicing in SAP, especially of the SD Module; Analytical, process management, and data management skills; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Excel VBA Coding & Data Analytics; Good understanding of sales process and Supply Chain Management (SCM) business.
