Job Description:

This is a temporary administrative and operational support role within a department at CHOP. The position is designed to provide corporate experience and exposure to various technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing general administrative and operational support.
• Assisting with scheduling, taking minutes, and communications.
• Supporting assessments, analysis, program management, and project deadlines.
• Aiding in editing, formatting, reproduction, and filing of materials and data.
• Assisting with photocopying, scanning, managing calls, and data entry.
• Participating in information technology projects, staff meetings, and corporate events.
• Learning and using required tools, languages, and documentation.
• Gaining exposure to technologies like ERP systems, Epic, Office 365, and ServiceNow.
• Working under the direct supervision of the IS Business Operations team.

Program Details:

• The assignment is a 12-week program.
• On-site and hybrid positions are available.
• The Fall/Winter Program runs from Monday, September 29 to Friday, December 19, 2025.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED Required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• Must be currently attending a college, university or graduated within the past year. Pursuing or earned a Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related Business degree
• Minimum GPA of 2.5
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in an organized manner, work well with others, with attention to detail.
• Must have initiative and good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
• Effective teamwork skills.
• Professional attire and conduct at all times.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment (for hybrid positions).
• Flexibility and interest in a variety of tasks.
• Compliance with information security policies and procedures.
• Support of compliance activities related to regulations and standards.
