Job Title: Technology and Innovation Intern
Location: Remote
Summary
This role is for a motivated and creative intern passionate about innovation, data-driven solutions, and collaborative problem-solving. The intern will support digital transformation initiatives and emerging technology projects, gaining hands-on experience in research, prototyping, and contributing to forward-thinking technology strategies.
Responsibilities
• Assist in researching emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovation frameworks.
• Support development and testing of prototypes, tools, or digital solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on innovation workshops or brainstorming sessions.
• Help document findings, build presentations, and track innovation metrics.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, stand-ups, or team meetings as needed.
• Provide general support on innovative-related projects and administrative tasks.
Requirements
• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or master’s program in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in emerging technologies and innovation practices.
• Basic understanding of software development or digital tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with design thinking or innovation frameworks.
• Exposure to data analytics or visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Prior internship or project experience related to digital transformation or tech R&D.
