MacAllister Rentals is looking for highly motivated, hardworking individuals who enjoy solving problems and proposing improvements to existing processes within this well-established internship program.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Safety Adherence: Ensure the safe execution of repairs and the secure operation of various equipment types.
• Maintenance Completion: Conduct preventative maintenance procedures across different classes of heavy equipment.
• Workspace Management: Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the designated work bay.
• Operational Support: Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall rental operations and technical team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in an accredited 2-year or 4-year diesel technology program.
• Experience: Available to commit to full-time work for a continuous 12-week period, specifically from May 11th through August.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and a proactive approach to recommending improvements for existing processes.
