Technician Intern – Summer College Internship Program

Are you seeking a paid college internship? MacAllister Rentals has an extremely valuable opportunity to join our team for the summer as a Technician Intern. Our internship program provides students with the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience as a heavy equipment technician.

As we enter our tenth successful year of the Summer College Internship Program, we are looking for highly motivated, hardworking individuals who like to problem-solve, and recommend improvements to existing processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure safe practices during repairs and the operation of equipment.
• Complete Preventative Maintenance processes for various classes of equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized bay.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 2-year or 4-year diesel technology program with an accredited college.
• Available to work full-time for 12 weeks (May 11th through August).
