As we proudly enter our tenth successful year of this program, we are actively seeking highly motivated, hardworking individuals who possess a strong aptitude for problem-solving and a proactive desire to recommend improvements to existing processes. This internship is more than just a job; it’s an immersive learning experience where you will contribute meaningfully to our team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Safety First: Actively ensure and uphold safe practices during all repair procedures and equipment operations. Your commitment to safety is paramount in our working environment.
  • Preventative Maintenance Expert: Execute comprehensive Preventative Maintenance (PM) processes for various classes of heavy equipment. This includes conducting thorough inspections, performing routine servicing, identifying potential issues, and ensuring equipment operates at peak efficiency.
  • Professional Work Environment: Take ownership of maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work bay, contributing to a professional and productive shop environment.
  • Diverse Skill Development: Undertake other duties as assigned, providing you with exposure to a wide range of tasks and challenges inherent in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.

Qualifications:
