Job Description: Technician Intern
Texas Instruments is seeking Technician Interns to join their teams in Dallas, Richardson, and Sherman, TX. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in performing preventative and corrective maintenance, as well as equipment improvements, upgrades, and manufacturing tool installation. You will collaborate with engineering and manufacturing groups across the fab to ensure all issues are addressed efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Use problem-solving skills to troubleshoot electrical/mechanical systems
• Monitor and analyze data to improve and maintain tool performance, eliminate repetitive downtime, and resolve tool-related issues
• Coordinate supplier service and repairs as needed
• Prepare technical reports, summarize findings, and recommend solutions to technical problems

Minimum Requirements:
• Currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in a technical field or have equivalent military electronics training
Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across different functions
• Ability to take initiative and drive results
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong teamwork skills
