• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite, email communication tools, project management software (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms).

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer & Contractor Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for technical support and warranty-related inquiries via email and phone.
• Case Documentation: Create, update, and manage support cases using project management software, ensuring all information is complete and organized.
• Operational Coordination: Support day-to-day operations within the Technical Services and Warranty team, preparing case summaries and status updates.
• Issue Escalation: Escalate issues requiring management, engineering, quality, or warranty review to the appropriate teams.
• Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues, communication gaps, and opportunities to improve operational processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with customer service, administrative support, or coordination experience.
• Experience: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment and maintain accurate documentation.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, excellent organizational and time-management abilities, and high attention to detail.
• Bonus: Experience with project management software; background in manufacturing, construction, service coordination, or warranty administration; HVAC industry experience.
