Technical Solutions Engineer – Epic

Location: Madison, WI (relocation required, financial assistance provided)

About the Role

As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the software that positively impacts 305 million patients globally. This position is far more complex than simple troubleshooting; you will be tasked with solving mission-critical, intricate problems alongside our customer counterparts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing complex technical issues.
  • Identifying and developing effective solutions.
  • Managing the implementation of these solutions, often coordinating across multiple physical locations and various stakeholders.

You will be challenging your intellectual limits to support some of the most innovative and top-ranked health systems worldwide, including Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, Kaiser Permanente, and numerous leading academic medical centers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Demonstrated history of academic excellence or professional success.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
