Technical Solutions Engineer – Epic

This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. Epic recruits nationally and provides financial relocation assistance.

About the Role

As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic, you will play a critical role in developing software that impacts 305 million patients globally. You’ll partner with customer counterparts to tackle complex, mission-critical problems, moving far beyond basic troubleshooting. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing intricate technical issues.
  • Identifying and developing effective solutions.
  • Managing the implementation of these solutions, potentially across multiple physical locations and with various stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or greater.
  • A history of academic excellence or professional success.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
  • COVID-19 vaccination.
