About the Role: Technical Solutions Engineer
As a Technical Solutions Engineer at Epic, you will play a critical role in impacting the healthcare experience of 305 million patients globally. This position involves working directly with customer counterparts to resolve mission-critical and complex technical problems that extend far beyond basic troubleshooting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing intricate technical issues within Epic’s software ecosystem.

- Managing the implementation of these solutions, often across multiple physical locations and involving various stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or greater.
- A demonstrated history of academic excellence or professional success.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Willingness to relocate to the Madison, WI area (relocation expenses are reimbursed).
