Technical Solutions Engineer – Epic Systems

About the Role

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be at the forefront of problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diagnosing complex technical issues that go beyond basic troubleshooting.
  • Identifying and developing robust solutions to critical problems impacting healthcare operations.
  • Managing the implementation of these solutions, often across multiple physical locations and involving various stakeholders.
  • Collaborating closely with customer counterparts to ensure effective resolution and maintain strong relationships.

You will be working with top-ranked health systems in the U.S. and around the world, including prestigious institutions like the Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, Kaiser Permanente, and leading academic medical centers. Location and Lifestyle

This position is based on our campus just outside Madison, Wisconsin, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

Qualifications

To be considered for this challenging and rewarding role, you should possess:

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
