Technical Recruiter | MORSE Corp

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at MORSE Corp, based in the Greater Boston area. MORSE Corp is an employee-owned, small business with a history of fielding cutting-edge technology, comprised of a specially selected team of scientists, engineers, and software developers. The company delivers best-in-class technical solutions to solve difficult multidisciplinary problems faced by the US National Security Ecosystem. This role is crucial for our growing and highly talented workforce, as you will join the Talent Acquisition team to manage all aspects of recruiting high-caliber engineering talent and contribute to developing and optimizing our overall recruiting strategy.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner: Partner with hiring managers across various teams and programs to accurately identify talent needs and suitable candidates for software, data science, and engineering roles.
• Source: Utilize outbound sourcing strategies to find talented candidates across all levels, from entry to executive.
• Own: Own the full cycle recruiting process, encompassing everything from initial candidate contact through sourcing or application, to successful onboarding.
• Brand: Find creative ways to establish and enhance the MORSE employer brand to effectively attract top-tier talent.
• Integrate: Integrate the MORSE values into all aspects of the recruiting process to ensure cultural alignment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others: US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED. Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical recruiting, covering roles in software, data science, and engineering fields, across a broad set of technical domains.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in technical recruiting, either within a corporate environment or an agency setting. Hands-on proficiency utilizing a variety of recruiting and sourcing tools, such as job boards, social media platforms, applicant tracking systems (specifically Greenhouse), search engines, and other proactive methods for engaging both active and passive candidates. Demonstrated capability to successfully source top-tier technical talent, ranging from entry-level professionals to executive-level positions.
• Skills: Ability to thoroughly screen candidates and accurately assess both technical qualifications and alignment with corporate culture. Outstanding organizational skills, strong time management abilities, and effective process management expertise, all paired with exceptional attention to detail. Proven interpersonal skills and a strong track record of building and nurturing robust relationships with candidates throughout the entire recruiting lifecycle.
