Job Description: Technical Management Trainee
This position is within Cargill’s food and bioindustrial business, where manufacturers, retailers, and foodservice companies rely on them for consistent product and service delivery. As a Technical Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to:

Responsibilities:
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects in an operational environment.
• Take ownership of a significant part of the production process and the people involved.
• Engage in safety and food safety practices.
• Participate in the Next Generation Graduate Program.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Bioscience, or a related field).
• Up to two years of professional experience (including internships).
• High integrity and ethical standards.
• Fluency in English and an upper intermediate level of Dutch.
• Interest and flexibility to travel.
Preferred:
• Natural leadership ability, motivation, and initiative.
• Interest in working in multi-cultural and multi-functional teams.
• Curiosity to learn and create new ways of building and improving systems and processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to proactively identify and resolve problems.
• Confirmed experience in prioritizing work.
• Adaptability to handle changing situations.
Selection Process:
The selection process includes:
• An introductory self-recorded or live video interview with a recruiter.
• A 1-hour practical task with the team (virtually).
• A face-to-face interview with the hiring manager.
• A plant tour.
