Job Description: Technical Management Trainee

This two-year program offers a unique opportunity to develop technical and soft skills through a variety of experiences. Trainees will:

Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects: Working within an operational environment to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Take ownership of production processes: Managing a significant part of the production process and overseeing the personnel involved.
Engage in safety and food safety initiatives: Actively contributing to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Participate in the Next Generation Graduate Program: A structured program designed to develop future leaders within Cargill. This includes:
Collaboration with a diverse group of trainees: Working with individuals from across the EMEA region to solve business challenges and build professional skills.
Experience various plant functions and teams: Gaining a comprehensive understanding of different aspects of the organization.
Regular networking sessions: Connecting with managers and peers to build relationships and gain insights.
Individual and group coaching: Receiving mentorship from experienced professionals.
Participation in a summit (twice yearly): Attending in-person events for networking with senior leaders and professional development.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree: In Engineering (Biochemistry, Chemical, Process, Agricultural, Food Science, or Mechanical).
Up to two years of professional experience: Including internship experience.
High integrity and ethical standards: Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct.
Fluency in English and local language: Strong communication skills in multiple languages.
Interest and flexibility to travel: Willingness to travel as needed for the role.

Selection Process:

The selection process begins with an introductory self-recorded or live video interview with a recruiter, followed by a one-hour video or in-person interview with the team. Finalists will be invited to a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and a plant tour.
