Job Description: Technical Management Trainee
This two-year program offers a unique opportunity to develop technical and soft skills within a dynamic international environment. Trainees will:
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects: This involves hands-on experience improving operational efficiency within a production setting.
• Take ownership of production processes and personnel: Trainees will be responsible for a significant part of the production process and the team involved.
• Engage in safety and food safety protocols: A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining safe and compliant operations.
• Participate in the Next Generation Graduate Program: This program provides structured development and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with a diverse EMEA team: The program fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing among trainees from various backgrounds.
• Experience various plant functions and teams: The program exposes trainees to multiple aspects of the business.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Biochemistry, Chemical, Process, Agricultural, Food Science, or Mechanical).
• Up to two years of professional experience (including internships).
• High integrity and ethical standards.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel.
