Job Description: Technical Management Trainee

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
• Up to two years of professional experience (including internships)
• High integrity and ethical standards
• Fluency in English (Dutch is an advantage)
• Interest and flexibility to travel

Preferred:

• Natural leadership abilities, motivation, and initiative
• Interest in working in multicultural and multi-functional teams
• Curiosity to learn and create new ways of building and improving systems and processes
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to proactively identify and solve problems

Selection Process:

Initial Interview: A self-recorded or live video interview with a recruiter.
Online Task: A practical online task to assess your skills.
Final Interview: A face-to-face interview with the hiring manager, followed by a plant tour.
