Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
• Up to two years of professional experience (including internships)
• High integrity and ethical standards
• Fluency in English (Dutch is an advantage)
• Interest and flexibility to travel

Selection Process:

• Initial Interview: A self-recorded or live video interview with a recruiter.
• Online Task: A practical online task to assess your skills.
• Final Interview: A face-to-face interview with the hiring manager, followed by a plant tour.
