Job Description:

Technical Management Trainee

This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your technical and soft skills through a two-year program within Cargill’s food ingredients and bio-industrial business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects in an operations environment
• Take ownership of a significant piece of the production process and the people involved
• Engage in safety and food safety practices within the company’s operations
• Actively participate in the Next Generation Graduate Program
• Collaborate with trainees from across EMEA in a diverse and multicultural environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Biochemistry, Chemical, Process, Agricultural, Food Science, or Mechanical)
• Up to two years of professional experience (including internships)
• High integrity and ethical standards
• Fluency in English and local language
• Interest and flexibility to travel
