Job Description: Technical Management Trainee

This two-year program offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to develop their technical and soft skills within a dynamic operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading or participating in continuous improvement projects within the operations team.
• Taking ownership of a significant portion of the production process, including responsibility for the people involved.
• Engaging in safety and food safety protocols within the operations.
• Joining and actively participating in the Next Generation Graduate Program.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Master’s degree in Engineering: Chemical, Biochemical Engineering, Agricultural, Food Science, Mechanical or other related subjects.
• Up to two years of professional experience (including internship experience).
• High integrity and ethical standards.
• Fluency in English and German language (B2 level).

Preferred:

• Natural leadership ability, motivation, and initiative.
• Adaptability to handle changing situations.
• Curiosity to learn and create new ways of improving systems and processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to proactively identify and resolve problems.
• Confirmed experience in prioritizing work.
• Interest in working in multi-cultural and multi-functional teams.
