About the Internship

The Technical Management Trainee role is a unique opportunity to unlock your full potential and enhance your technical and soft skills. You will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals from across EMEA to address business challenges and build a first-class network.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects in an operations environment
• Take ownership for a significant piece of the production process and the people who make it happen
• Engage in the safety and food safety of our operations
• Participate in our Next Generation Graduate Program

Currently pursuings

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Biochemical, Mechanical, Process, Food Technology, or related)
• Up to two years of professional experience (including internships)
• Fluency in English and German

Preferred Currently pursuings

• High integrity and ethical standards
• Natural leadership ability, motivation, and initiative
• Adaptability to handle changing situations
• Curiosity to learn and create new ways of building and improving systems and processes
• Strong analytical skills and ability to proactively identify and resolve problems
• Confirmed experience in prioritizing work
