Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC – 2025 Technical Internship Program

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is actively seeking highly motivated Technical Interns for its 2025 Internship Program. This program is designed for individuals nearing completion of their undergraduate or graduate studies and will be based in the DC Metro area, supporting our valued government clients.

The goal of the CGS Internship Program is to provide an interactive and enriching environment to:
• Experience and learn about consulting in the federal government market.
• Gain knowledge of the consulting and information technology needs of federal government clients.
• Develop fundamental consulting skills by applying industry best practices and technology to solve challenging issues.

Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest in technology consulting, possess robust problem-solving abilities, and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.

As an Intern, you will actively contribute by:
• Designing, developing, and conducting demos for various applications used within our organization.
• Drafting, editing, and managing written communications such as executive summaries, memorandums, policy memos, and briefings.
• Conducting market research and analysis using industry tools.
• Developing and presenting summary reports to management based on market research and analysis.
• Contributing to the growth of capabilities in areas like Agile, Cloud, Software Testing, or other relevant fields.
• Supporting internal training development and delivery for new internal processes and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or Analytics).
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Possess strong business written and oral communication skills.
Self-motivated and possess an entrepreneurial work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, Outlook).
• Great attitude and hunger for learning.
