What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design, develop, test, and implement new technologies and applications.
• Support: Provide end-user assistance within a helpdesk environment.
• Review: Conduct project code reviews and assist with software installations and configurations.
• Troubleshoot: Investigate, debug, and troubleshoot software and application issues.
• Develop: Develop and build application modules using multiple programming languages.
• Document: Draft technical documentation and user guides.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; solid understanding of configuration management and the systems development lifecycle (SDLC). This is an early career role.
• Experience: Working knowledge of scripting and automation techniques.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset paired with exceptional written and verbal communication, a collaborative spirit, high curiosity, and a drive to learn.
• Bonus: Experience or familiarity with SQL, Java, and C++.
