What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and Implement: Design, develop, test, and implement new technologies and applications.
• Provide Support: Provide end-user assistance in a helpdesk environment.
• Assist Architects: Support technical architects with infrastructure requirements.
• Review Code and Install: Conduct project code reviews and assist with software installations/configurations.
• Troubleshoot Issues: Investigate, debug, and troubleshoot software and application issues.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of configuration management and the systems development lifecycle (SDLC). This is an entry-level role.
• Experience: Working knowledge of scripting and automation techniques.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative spirit, high curiosity, and a drive to learn.
• Bonus: Experience or familiarity with SQL, Java, and C++.
