Job Description: Team Trainer

Crisp is seeking an experienced facilitator with a passion for team development, communication, and learning to join their team as a Team Trainer. This role involves traveling to different cities to lead high-impact training sessions for law firm teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Traveling to 8 to 10 different cities every month to lead high-impact trainings.
• Facilitating full-day, in-person sessions that challenge perspectives, align teams, and create clarity.
• Leading conversations with law firm teams, including executive leadership.
• Selling future training sessions by identifying client needs and making recommendations.
• Debriefing with firm owners and leadership teams to provide insights and recommend next steps.
• Learning and getting certified in each new training curriculum.
• Documenting session insights and takeaways to share with internal teams.
• Delivering each session with a high standard and focus.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in Learning & Development, facilitation, or professional training.
• Proven track record of leading impactful, in-person sessions.
• Experience leading trainings or workshops for full teams, including executive leadership teams.
• Experience working in corporate or professional environments.
• Ability to travel to 8–10 cities per month.
• Confident, engaging presence with the ability to facilitate conversations and guide teams.
• Comfort managing group dynamics with composure and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to sell additional trainings in-session.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prepare for and lead full-day trainings solo.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
