• Mission: Assure the financial health of organizations by delivering expert state and local tax consulting and compliance services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Consulting: Provide tax consulting services specific to state and local taxes, including income, franchise, sales and use, gross receipts, and personal property taxes.
• Compliance: Prepare state and local income and franchise tax returns.
• Research: Research complex tax issues and compose technical memorandums.
• Insights: Write internal and external tax alerts on current tax developments and emerging planning techniques.
• Client Relations: Develop meaningful interactions with staff at all levels and with our impressive repertoire of clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career, Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, or a Master’s degree in accounting or tax.
• Experience: Academic success demonstrated by a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Skills: Detail-oriented leadership, strong problem-solving, effective communication, and analytical abilities.
• Bonus: Actively pursuing a LLM, JD, or CPA license.
