Job Description:
This is a year-round, part-time tax internship designed to provide a hands-on, immersive experience for a college student interested in a career in tax accounting. The intern will work as an active member of the Global Tax team, gaining exposure to the complex tax environment associated with international data center development. The internship will focus on providing opportunities to apply effective analysis, research, and problem-solving skills. The intent is to provide a platform for applying classroom knowledge to real-world practice and to gain a better understanding of tax accounting career paths.
Responsibilities include:
• Supporting the preparation of various tax returns and related calculations, including gathering and organizing relevant tax documents and inputting data into software.
• Participating in the tax registration process, including gathering information, completing applications, and following through to completion.
• Document control and records management.
• Participating in administrative and operational processes to support tax compliance and strategy.
• Working with the tax team on various other projects.
The position requires 8-10 hours a week over 1-2 days.
