Job Description: Tax Intern – International Tax Practice

KPMG is seeking a Tax Intern to join its International Tax practice. The role involves advising clients on import and export matters across various industries, examining US and international import/export trade issues, and conducting research to write and review international trade advice. Responsibilities include:

Client Advisory: Advising clients on import and export matters across diverse industries.
Trade Matter Expertise: Examining US and international import/export trade matters.
Research & Writing: Researching, writing, and reviewing international trade advice.
Cost Savings: Formulating ideas and presenting potential trade savings opportunities to clients.
Project Delivery: Assisting in the timely and budget-conscious delivery of multiple client engagements while maintaining proactive communication to manage client expectations and enhance satisfaction.
Solution Implementation: Supporting clients in implementing global trade automated solutions.
Technology Proficiency: Developing skills in key technologies used for client service delivery, such as artificial intelligence (AI), Alteryx, and Power BI.
Professionalism: Maintaining a respectful and courteous work environment in line with KPMG’s values.
