About Deloitte Tax Consulting Internship
Deloitte Tax is seeking highly motivated and innovative individuals to join their Tax Consulting Internship program. What you’ll do:
• Collaborate with diverse teams: Work with talented colleagues to analyze the tax implications of complex business decisions, help clients reduce their tax burden, and achieve performance objectives.

Key responsibilities:
• Prioritize tasks efficiently and manage multiple projects in a team environment (both in-person and virtually).

Requirements
• Academic background: Bachelor of Science/Business Administration, Master of Science in Accounting, or Taxation.
• Strong academic performance: Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• CPA eligibility: Must have definitive plans to meet minimum educational requirements for CPA eligibility in the state of the assigned office location.
• Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on work requirements and client needs.
• Hybrid work model: Ability to perform responsibilities in a hybrid work model, requiring US Tax professionals to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
• Start date: Winter 2026.
• Age requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment.
• Preferred qualifications:
• Technology-related coursework.
• Strong academic track record (GPA of 3.2 or higher).
• Relevant work experience (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs).
Compensation:
The wage range for this role is estimated to be between $25 and $48 per hour. This range considers factors such as skill set, experience, training, licensure, and other business needs. The actual salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and the specific circumstances of the position.
