About Deloitte Tax Consulting Internship
Deloitte is seeking highly motivated and innovative individuals to join their tax consulting team as interns. This internship offers hands-on experience in the daily responsibilities of a tax consultant, providing valuable insights into this rewarding career path.
What You’ll Do:
• Collaborate with diverse and skilled teams to analyze the tax implications of complex business decisions.
• Assist in reducing clients’ overall tax rates and achieving their performance goals.
• Conduct research and analysis, leveraging cutting-edge technology.

• Interact with various clients, gaining exposure to different organizations and their unique tax challenges.
• Manage multiple assignments in a team environment, both in person and virtually.
The Team:
Deloitte’s tax consultants provide a comprehensive range of tax services to clients, helping them navigate complex tax and financial reporting issues. The team collaborates to leverage specialized knowledge and experience, offering deep insights into clients’ business practices and procedures. This allows them to make informed decisions and enhance business efficiency.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science/Business Administration or Master of Science in Accounting or Taxation.
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Definitive plans to meet minimum educational requirements for CPA eligibility in the state of your assigned office location.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, depending on client assignments and industries served.
• Capability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model requiring US Tax professionals to be physically present at the office 2-3 days per week.
• Start date: Fall 2024 or Winter 2025.
• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of employment.
Preferred:
• Technology-related coursework.
• Strong academic record with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Relevant work experience (e.g., internships, summer positions, school jobs).

Compensation:
The wage range for this role is $25 to $48 and is subject to various factors including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and other business needs.
