This is a paid internship position for a Talent Acquisition Summer Intern. The role involves:
• Processing and approving high volume of job requisitions to be posted to the Compass Careers Page and external job boards.
• Posting all assigned requisitions within given SLA of 24 business hours after req submittal in accordance with process standards.
• Demonstrating Posting Best Practices to ensure data integrity of job postings.
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and company policies and practices for posting requisitions.
• Assisting the Recruiting Team with sourcing tasks as time and bandwidth permits.
• Completing other various assignments and projects as warranted by workloads and business priorities.
The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar program and has strong attention to detail, the ability to manage and prioritize high volume of tasks, and excellent multi-tasking skills.
