Job Title: Talent Acquisition MBA/Master’s Intern

The Role:
This internship is specifically designed for students pursuing an MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. It offers a hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, data analytics, and process optimization. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, the intern will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, equity, and improving the overall experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including requisition management, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.
  • Complete an 8-week capstone project focused on improving the Talent Acquisition (TA) function through:
    • Automation: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows using automation, AI, or other tools.
    • Candidate Experience: Design surveys to assess communication, engagement, and transparency.
    • Data Analytics: Conduct research, reporting, and analysis to deliver key insights into Talent Acquisition KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost per hire, client satisfaction, etc.
    • SOPs: Create tailored Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our TA functions and business partners.
  • Perform other projects as assigned.

Program Details:

  • Duration: 8-week program, from June 9 through August 11.
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET.
  • Location: Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week on-site at our New York Office or Orlando Office.
  • Compensation: $35.00 per hour.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

  • Currently pursuing an MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in HR technology, process improvement, and talent analytics.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills; enjoys problem-solving.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft and Google suites (Excel, Sheets, Slides, Forms; including formulas, tables, charts, etc.).
  • Prior experience with Tableau, Adobe Pro, iCIMS, or any other ATS is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
  • A self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
