Job Description

This is a remote internship with the Talent Acquisition Marketing team at The Walt Disney Company. As an intern, you will contribute to attracting and engaging top talent by showcasing the unique appeal of a career at Disney. This is a full-time, six-month commitment starting in January 2025 and ending in June 2025.

What You Will Do:

• Utilize your exceptional design skills to produce creative solutions that meet client needs while upholding Disney brand standards.
• Develop assets for various media platforms (print, digital, social) for both large-scale campaigns and smaller projects like banner ads.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners/vendors to execute innovative design and production projects.
• Maintain and update brand style guides to ensure consistency across team output.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, team members, business partners, and external vendors.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Validated knowledge of foundational design principles.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design-related tools and technology, especially Photoshop.
Passion for The Walt Disney Company’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Strong time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple timelines and complete tasks on schedule.
Ability to understand client business needs and how they translate into marketing strategy, objectives, and creative results.
Hardworking and eager approach to learning with a passion for new projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Design experience in a related industry.
Robust portfolio demonstrating excellent command of composition, typography, color, and fundamental communication – as well as examples of concept definition and design.
Education: Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) before participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at the time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
• Currently enrolled senior, or graduated within the past six (6) months majoring in visual or graphic design, or a related field.

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
Must possess unrestricted work authorization.

Additional Information:

• Approximate internship dates are January 2025 – June 2025.
• Ideal candidate will reside in California or Florida (Orlando).
• Full availability required to work full-time hours (approximately 40 per week) for the duration of the internship.
• This remote position requires a working, reliable internet connection as well as a quiet, dedicated workspace.

• Pay rate for this remote role is $22.00 per hour.
