This is a detailed description for a Talent Acquisition Intern position at Diorio Talent Solutions, LLC.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern
Type: Internship (Unpaid – For Academic Credit Only)
Duration: Fall 2025 Semester, with a commitment of 10–15 hours per week.
Purpose of the Role: The intern will provide support for the company’s business development and recruiting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities and Learning Outcomes:
• Gain real-world exposure to talent sourcing methodologies.
• Learn about strategies and practices involved in employer outreach.
• Understand how to generate new client opportunities.
• Develop skills in creating engaging content for LinkedIn postings to promote company services and enhance brand visibility.
• Assist in compiling lists of potential clients to help generate new business leads.
Academic Credit Requirement: This internship is unpaid and strictly requires approval from the intern’s college or university for academic credit.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience using LinkedIn.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
• Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies.
• Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both collaboratively within a team and independently.
• Must be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
