Job Description: Talent Acquisition Intern

This ten-week summer internship (June 2, 2025 – August 8, 2025) is based at Tiffany & Co.’s Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY. The intern will provide administrative and project management support to the Americas Talent Acquisition team. The role offers exposure to various aspects of talent acquisition, including sourcing, recruitment analytics, and talent attraction and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Scheduling interviews, posting job vacancies, initiating background checks, and maintaining Talent Acquisition dashboards.
Event Coordination: Assisting with the coordination and execution of onsite and in-market recruitment events across the Americas.
Recruitment Materials: Supporting the design, creation, and distribution of recruitment materials (workshop invites, referral initiatives, hiring event materials).
Workshop Coordination: Coordinating logistics (venues, travel) for recruitment workshops.
Candidate Sourcing & Interview Support: Assisting with candidate sourcing and shadowing interviews.
Employee Engagement Events: Providing coordination support for employee engagement events, including vendor liaison, IT support, and project timeline management.
Ad Hoc Analysis: Supporting the team with additional ad hoc analytical tasks.

Required Qualifications:

Strong interest in talent acquisition/recruitment.
Previous work experience in retail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Demonstrates attention to detail.
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
Strong interest in social media for talent attraction (LinkedIn Ambassador).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous HR or Talent Acquisition experience (courses, internships, or other work).
• Rising senior or recent graduate.

Compensation: $25 per hour.
