This crucial role ensures precise project planning by providing accurate 3D earthwork models and takeoff data to the estimating team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Modeling: Utilize AGTEK (or similar software) to create 3D earthwork models for estimating.
• Calculations: Use PlanSwift (or similar software) to generate linear, area, and count takeoff calculations.
• Updates: Perform plan comparisons and update takeoffs due to plan changes, client requests, or management directives.
• Accuracy: Ensure all project takeoffs are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Support: Assist with other estimating-related tasks as required by management.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Expertise in civil sitework construction, including earthwork, grading, paving, concrete, and underground utilities.
• Experience: Proficiency in AGTEK, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, high level of accuracy, mathematical proficiency, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and strong organizational capabilities.
