Job Title: Systems Analyst Intern

Job Summary:
Early Morning Software, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Systems Analyst Intern to join their PRISM Compliance Management team. This is a remote, paid internship opportunity designed for students. The role involves supporting system documentation, testing, and troubleshooting. Interns will gain real-world insight into technology specifically focused on driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Support system documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance (QA) efforts.
• Help analyze system workflows and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with technical and client services teams to understand user needs and translate them into functional solutions.
• Participate in team meetings to gain practical insight into the technology behind DEI compliance.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated interest in software systems, data analysis, or tech consulting.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in a remote environment.
• Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools, project management tools, or web-based applications.
• Basic knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) or database systems.
• A passion for social impact, diversity, and inclusion.
