Supply Chain Leadership Development Associate | Mondelēz International
The Tone:
This is a full-time early career rotational program at Mondelēz International, designed for recent graduates and current students, requiring annual relocations across various US locations. Mondelēz International is a global snacking powerhouse, bringing well-loved household favorites like Oreo, Chips Ahoy!, and Ritz crackers to consumers worldwide. This program is committed to developing the next generation of makers and bakers, and this role specifically aims to build future supply chain leaders through meaningful, hands-on experiences across the integrated supply chain, ensuring products are delivered efficiently every day.
The TL;DR

• Location: Rotational, with potential first-year locations including Chicago, IL; Naperville, IL; Richmond, VA; Portland, OR; Indianapolis, IN; Twin Falls, ID.
• Pay: $77000–$83000 yearly
• Mission: Build a strong, end-to-end understanding of how our Integrated Supply Chain enables our business and delivers products to consumers every day, developing future leaders through meaningful, hands-on experiences.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manufacturing Immersion: Begin your first rotation in a Manufacturing setting, learning how plants operate end-to-end and leading continuous improvement projects.
• Functional Rotation: Rotate through headquarters and field assignments, gaining exposure to functions such as Supply Planning, Procurement, Engineering, and Customer Service & Logistics.
• Project Leadership: Take on meaningful roles and projects tied to real business priorities, working alongside cross-functional teams to solve problems and improve processes.
• Drive Results: Own real work with real impact and senior leadership visibility from day one, contributing directly to business outcomes.
• Capability Development: Develop progressively broader leadership capabilities over three years, building a comprehensive understanding of the demand-driven supply chain.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preferred graduation date of May 2027. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Operations, or related fields.
• Experience: No specific years of prior professional experience required; must be open and willing to relocate annually as part of the program’s rotational structure. Applicants must have US work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship.
• Skills: Analytical Thinking (comfortable with data, root cause analysis), Digital Fluency (comfort with AI, data tools, emerging technologies), Influence Without Authority (rallying teams, building consensus), Ownership and Accountability (proactive, driving change), Enterprise Thinking (optimizing for the organization as a whole).
