• Mission: Ensures the smooth operation of our supply chain by receiving and accurately fulfilling supply requests for GFI customers and supporting branch locations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Fulfill Supply Orders: Accurately fill and ship supply requests daily for all GFI customers and other branch locations.
• Manage Inventory: Maintain accurate supply inventories, receive incoming supplies, verify accuracy against orders, and rotate stock.
• Plan Supply Needs: Meet regularly with the Parts/Supply Supervisor to strategically order supplies for stock and collaborate with the Purchasing Department to obtain estimated times of arrival.
• Ensure Inventory Accuracy: Conduct weekly random inventory counts, utilizing count sheets provided by the Parts/Supply Supervisor.
• Resolve Customer Issues: Address all customer supply-related issues quickly, professionally, and without bias, striving for immediate resolution and assisting the Service Department as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career. Requires a basic understanding of a warehouse environment, including organization and safety protocols.
• Experience: Basic computer knowledge for inventory management and communication.
• Skills: Excellent communication (written and verbal), accuracy, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Bonus: Ability to meet deadlines consistently and work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
