Job Description: Supply Chain Undergraduate Internship – Planning & Logistics

This 10-12 week summer internship at AT&T offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Supply Chain Planning & Logistics field. As an intern, you’ll be placed in a team that best suits your skills and interests.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Vendor Performance: Ensure vendors meet established targets for quality, delivery, and other logistics objectives.
Drive Change: Execute change initiatives and make decisions with limited data.
Analyze Complex Problems: Apply analytical skills to solve complex problems, evaluating various factors.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team to achieve success.

Qualifications:

Current Enrollment: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with a concentration in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
Graduation Date: Expected graduation by Spring 2026.
Analytical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Office, Tableau, and other analytical tools.
Quality Improvement Expertise: Proven ability to lead high-impact quality projects with expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, TL9000, etc.
Financial Modeling: Experience developing financial models, including present and future mode of operation (PMO/FMO), to evaluate business cases and vendor comparisons.
Project Management: Ability to manage projects, processes, and procedures to completion.
Problem-Solving & Multitasking: Proven ability to multitask, manage issues, solve problems, and achieve results.
Data Analysis & Modeling: Proficiency in using multiple data sources to develop financial and operational models.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical subject matter clearly.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Effectiveness in leading others and managing relationships with stakeholders having diverse goals.
Industry Experience: Background in telecommunications, high-technology, or related industries is preferred.
