• Mission: Drive product continuity of supply and support programs to sustain and enhance cost, quality, and delivery for Motorola Solutions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide Product Support: Provide ongoing architecture and engineering (A&E) product-process (MOL) support to EMS providers and suppliers.
• Drive Supply Continuity: Work with cross-functional teams to drive and ensure the continuous supply of products.
• Lead Programs: Support, lead, manage, and drive end-to-end solutions for Material Obsolescence (MOL), Refresh, Continuity of Supply (COS), and Crisis Mitigation programs through to launching.
• Enhance Performance: Sustain and enhance the cost, quality, and delivery performance of products for Motorola Solutions (MSI).

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level professional with at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Electronics or Mechanical engineering.
• Experience: At least 8 years of working experience, with a preference for experience in the Supply Chain industry.
• Skills: Good communication skills; capable of working with multi-functional departments and teams, both internal to Motorola Solutions and external EMS/Suppliers, emphasizing collaboration and partnership; expertise in product-process support for materials.
• Bonus: Program Management experience will be an advantage.
