## Supply Chain Summer ’24 Internship Program:

This 10-week summer internship provides an opportunity to learn about supply chain through a combination of mentoring, on-the-job training, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Work: Participate in a meaningful distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain operations project focused on process improvement, efficiency, revenue generation, and cost savings.
Presentation: Culminate the internship with a presentation on your project results, recommendations, and scalability to senior leadership.
Mentorship: Be assigned to Department Managers who will provide guidance and mentorship.
Full-Time Work: Work full-time for ten 40-hour weeks with holiday pay for Memorial Day, Juneteenth, and July 4th.
Company Culture: Engage in team building exercises and learn about Albertsons’ culture.

Location: The internship is based out of Albertsons’ San Leandro, CA location and operates under the “Presence with a Purpose” hybrid work model.

Requirements:

• Major in Supply Chain or an applicable field supporting distribution, logistics, or supply chain.
• Be on track to graduate no later than Summer 2025 and enrolled in an Engineering degree program.
• Strong aptitude for learning and developing new skills.
• Passion for making an impact and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
