About the Job
The Supply Chain Management Trainee Program is a two-year program designed to develop future leaders in the supply chain field. Trainees will learn about all aspects of supply chain management, from planning and sourcing to logistics and customer service. They will also gain experience working on cross-functional teams and projects.
The program is open to recent graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, business engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, agricultural studies, or a related field. Fluency in English and Polish or Hungarian is required.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, business engineering, business administration, industrial engineering, agricultural studies, or a related field

• Strong communication and influencing skills
• High integrity and ethical standards
• Natural leadership ability, motivation, initiative, risk appetite, and resilience
• Ability to work in multi-cultural and multi-functional teams
• Curiosity to learn and create new ways of building and improving systems and processes
• Strong data and analytical skills and ability to proactively identify and resolve problems
