Job Description: Commercial Merchandising Trainee

This trainee program offers a unique opportunity for individuals with a passion for agriculture and a desire to become future leaders in the commodity merchandising field.

The program focuses on:

Learning the agricultural commodities merchandising industry: Understanding the intricacies of this sector and how it navigates a rapidly changing economic environment.
Understanding local supply and demand factors: Gaining insights into market dynamics and the impact they have on commercial decisions.
Developing negotiation skills: Initiating and negotiating purchase terms for commodities, ensuring timely fulfillment of customer contracts.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working closely with the supply chain and plant operations teams to optimize processes.
