2027 Early Talent – Supply Chain Management Talent Program | Ally

This is a full-time, early talent rotational program at Ally, located in a hybrid capacity, with specific on-site requirements to be discussed by the hiring manager. What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Production: Produce financial reports and key metrics for various stakeholders, applying tools like Excel and PowerBI to derive insights.
• Presentation Development: Develop clear and impactful presentations and dashboard reports for senior leaders and business partners, communicating complex financial information effectively.
• Internal Collaboration: Collaborate actively with various internal partners across the CFO Group to ensure alignment on financial strategies and project execution.
• Project Support: Support ad hoc projects, contributing to improvements in execution processes and meticulous maintenance of documentation.
• Strategic Sourcing: Contribute to sourcing strategies by partnering with lines of business, potentially including conducting RFPs, industry analysis, or benchmarking.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level position for individuals pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, with 0+ years of experience. Candidates graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 are considered for this program, with a strong preference for those studying Supply Chain Management.
• Experience: Previous internship experience, active participation in extracurricular activities, and demonstrated leadership experience are all preferred qualifications. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship from the company.
• Skills: Candidates should exhibit a strong combination of academic proficiency, quantitative skills, intrinsic motivation, and creative problem-solving abilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with various internal partners.
