Job Description: Supply Chain Management Planner – Internship

Job Title: Supply Chain Management (SCM) Inbound Planner – Internship

Type: Paid internship (meewerkstage)

Department: Supply Chain Management

Team: Inbound Planners and Engineers

Responsibilities:

• As an SCM inbound planner intern, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring timely delivery of parts and components.
• You will work with multiple suppliers, directly responsible for the on-time arrival of materials.
• Collaboration is key; you’ll work with colleagues in purchasing, quality assurance, and assembly, as well as external stakeholders (suppliers).
• Problem-solving and process improvement are core aspects of the role. You will identify and implement improvements using the company’s “Quick & Easy Kaizen” methodology.
• This is a hands-on, operational internship where you will actively contribute to the production process.
• Communication is vital; you will be regularly interacting with suppliers, colleagues and the assembly team, primarily via phone.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant program:
• MBO4 (final year) in Logistics or a similar field.
• HBO (technical) business administration, SCM, or a related field (1st or 2nd year).
• Seeking a practical, hands-on internship; not a research or improvement-focused project.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in Dutch and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Organized and structured work style, capable of completing assigned tasks effectively.
• Minimum 12-week availability, working 4 or 5 days per week.
