This is an Internship position within the Supply Chain Department, scheduled to start in the Fall.

Eligibility Note:
We encourage students currently studying in any university in USA major with Business Studies, Accounting, Finance, Communications, Supply Chain, or Marketing to apply. Applications from students outside the USA will not be considered.

Role Overview:
The Supply Chain department is structured into three key teams: Enterprise Third Party Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Supply Chain Management Operations. This internship offers a comprehensive learning and experience opportunity around the entire Source to Pay process. This includes exposure to critical areas such as third-party risk management, contract management and negotiation, procurement activities, and supplier automation and payment processes. As a Supply Chain Management Intern, you will be assigned to one of these three Supply Chain teams, where you will assist in supporting a number of critical activities. Additionally, you will gain exposure to the broader Supply Chain team, providing you with a holistic view of how a professional Supply Chain organization operates.

Role Responsibilities:
Interns will perform or assist with the core activities of their assigned group by applying acquired knowledge to drive business results. These responsibilities may include:
• Conducting supplier risk reviews.
• Assisting with supplier sourcing and negotiations.
• Processing contracts.
• Providing support for supplier payments.
• Interacting with internal or external customers.
• Supporting various internal projects.

The intern will work under supervision and may be granted limited approval and/or exception authority. Furthermore, interns are expected to participate in social learning within the organization, which involves identifying and networking with business representatives and peers, participating in mentoring programs, engaging in job shadowing, and contributing to community outreach initiatives.

Required Education and Experience:
• Must be actively working toward a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferred business-relevant majors include Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or Finance.
• Applicants should be of junior status.
• A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
